Would you like to get involved with the project?
We need volunteers to help with fundraising and we are also looking for volunteers to come to Costa Rica to help with the project on a first hand basis.
We also need teachers who would be willing to teach via Skype.
We have families here is San Jose that would be willing to accommodate you...
If you would like to get involved, we need...
- PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS
- VOLUNTEER TEACHERS
- VOLUNTEERS TO COME TO COSTA RICA TO HELP TEACH ENGLISH (Conversational if not a qualified teacher)
- VOLUNTEERS TO GIVE 2 HOURS A WEEK TO TALK TO THE CHILDREN BY SKYPE
A simple way to help the children using modern technologies

Why not host a coffee morning or other event to help raise funds for the school.

SPONSOR A CHILD...
If you cannot afford the time to come to Costa Rica to get involved or to teach via Skype, one of the most satisfying ways to get involved is to sponsor a child.
We will supply you an actual photograph of the child that you will be sponsoring together with details of the child's circumstances.
Also we will give you a monthly report of the child's progress from an educational point of view.
Furthermore you can come to Costa Rica and meet the child in person and visit the school should you wish to do so. We can offer you basic accommodation but you would need to arrange your own flights etc.
Teaching by Skype is a great way to help us and the children as well as being very rewarding for you.
Just a couple of hours a week from home would really help a child here.

If you would like to come out to Costa Rica to help teach the children please note that you do NOT need to be a qualified teacher to come out to help with teaching.
Of course it does help but it is not essential as we also welcome volunteer teachers to help with conversational English.
We also need volunteers to help teaching sports.
